This 2025 publication by Robert O’Leary, subtitiled ‘A Celebration of Life on an Irish River’ is unusual as it is written in both Irish and English and explains how to identify some of the wildlife you might see on the River Dodder in Dublin.
Robert is both an incredibly talented photographer and a dedicated teacher. The images in this book are his, and everyone can learn something from this book. There is no unnecessary detail in this publication. The message is delivered by someone passionate about what they do which is clear from the first to the last page.
I would highly recommend this book to everyone.
